Founder
Dylan Martin, founder of Alpha Team Roofing, is a proud Texas-born, U.S. Army Veteran, and a long-time volunteer for Boy Scouts of America. With more than 25 years of experience in the construction industry, he consistently exceeds client expectations. Dylan is also Co-Founder and CEO of the award-winning remodeling company, Absolute Design Build and Co-Founder of Blue Basin Pools & Patios.
In his spare time, he enjoys many hobbies including spending time with his wife and two children.
Project Manager
Thomas Burkman is a highly skilled and seasoned Project Manager at Alpha Team Roofing with over 17 years in the construction industry. Thomas keeps projects running smoothly and on time and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to every job. Thomas Burkman also the Co-founder and Lead Project Manager of the award winning remodeling company, Absolute Design Build and Blue Basin Pools & Patios.
Thomas was raised in the Austin area and is a University of Texas alumnus. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, and can frequently be found coaching his children’s sports teams.
Project Manager
Jon Orbock has been dedicated to the North Texas roofing, building and remodeling industry since 2015. With a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management and a Master’s in Library Science, Jon has both the client service and organizational skills to deliver a high quality project experience. Jon is also a project manager with the award-winning remodeling company Absolute Design Build.
An Eagle Scout, Jon enjoys the outdoors and is a gifted artist and chef.
Project Manager
Brandon Garcia, an Eagle Scout and a Conroe-born Texan, started his construction journey at 12 years old, assisting his father in the family fence business. Since then he’s evolved from niche installations to managing roofing projects, steering whole home remodels and custom builds. Brandon has an Associate of Business from Austin Community College and excels in project management.
Brandon and his family attend church at Red Rocks Austin and spend weekends enjoying family activities together.
